Thank you for participating in our exciting stream openings at Twitch.tv/TheEnchantedDeck. Please take a moment to review our Stream Opening Policy for a clear understanding of how these events are handled:

Stream Dates and Changes:

  • Stream opening dates are subject to change based on various factors.

  • Please check our official channels or announcements for any updates to the stream schedule.

Product Opening on Stream:

  • Products purchased for stream openings will be opened during the scheduled stream.

  • Only "hits" or valuable cards will be shipped unless bulk cards are specifically requested.

Extras in Products:

  • If you purchase a product that contains extras, such as an Elite Trainer Box, all additional items included will be shipped to you.

Pokemon TCG Live Cards:

  • No Pokemon TCG Live cards will be shipped out.

Refund Policy:

  • There are no refunds on products purchased during stream openings.

  • Please consider this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping of "Hits" and Extras:

  • "Hits" and additional items from your stream purchase will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Bulk Card Requests:

  • If you wish to receive all cards, including bulk, from your stream opening, please specify this request during checkout.

Communication:

  • We encourage active participation during the stream, and our moderators will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Product Availability:

  • In the event that a specific product becomes unavailable, we may offer alternative options or a refund.
